Message You can try removing the bad spots and using small hookup wire to reconnect things. I see a few rings around some of the component leads that need resoldering so go over those too.

I recommend a circuit trace scratch pen like this for removing the bad top layer part of the trace. It also works well for cleaning up the copper pads where the screws and lamps connect. You can use pencil erasers but it takes much more work and you'll go through a few before finishing a whole gauge cluster. If some of the trace is real bad it's easier to use an exacto and just remove those areas.

For the hookup wire, a very good type to use can be bought at Radio Shack. It comes in white or blue. It's very small gauge and takes to soldering really well. The heat of the soldering iron melts away the insulation when you solder the end of the wire so no stripping of the insulation is needed either. Just use the iron for that.
